Noisy around and dirty. Package with dust. Aircon not good, need to service because it's too hot. Water in the bathroom has slow pressure. Not happy to take a shower. Reception not competent employee. An old woman without a computer desktop. I already have a booking ID from app, but I have to wait 3 to 4 hours. For family, not recommend. For 1 person just for sleep, lonely, it's reasonable because the price is cheap.

Hotel yang paling teruk pernah saya duduk. Busuk, tidak dibersihkan. Bilik air teruk. Bilik berbau asap rokok. Tilam, bantal semua bau asap rokok. Sangat tidak selesa lagi-lagi bila ada bayi kecil. Tidak syorkan untuk anda menginap di sini. Tandas kotor. Bunyi bising. Tidak selesa. Order bilik queen, tapi dapat bilik single. Sudah semestinya, ini kali terakhir saya tinggal di hotel ini.

Kawasan hotel tidak bising dan bilik yang disediakan selesa tapi tiada air waktu check-in. Terpaksa tunggu sampai berjam jam untuk air dipam. Walaupun setelah hidup air, air ada berbau sikit macam tangki air sudah lama tidak dibersihkan. Ingin check-out lebih awal disebabkan hal ini tapi polisi hotel tidak membenarkan pihak hotel mengembalikan duit.

Arrived to check in on Saturday but then surprised by hidden extra charge for children. They charged my 1 year 6 months son for RM5 per night. And also one of the staff(guy) smoking outside the premises but let the front door open. We found that really disturbing as we wait at the counter to check out today.
