As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

1. Please note that a security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon check-in for incidentals, and is fully-refundable upon check-out and is subject to a damage inspection.
2. Hotel Front Desk operating hours is from 8am - 5pm; Guests are required to proceed Self-Check in upon 5pm till 10pm.
3. Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

我們住了兩晚，房間卻沒打掃，理由是沒人提出要求。早班的女服務生態度很差，連幫我們叫Grab去機場都不肯。浴室門鎖壞了，根本關不起來。

The room is quite OK, but it's a bit dark, some ants are walking on the pillows. The staff is very unfriendly! Request for early check-in time at 12:00 does not work in this hotel, we have to check in at 2:30 sharp. The most important thing is there is no wifi can be connected. For tourist, you'd better bring universal travel plug adaptor to charge your phone, or you'll end up buying it in Mr. DIY across the hotel.

The stay was not fine cause I'm so tired and I have no choice but to just stay here (should have booked other accommodation 🙄). The room is quite small. That receptionist is so rude af, not welcoming at all! Act all snobby with me 🙄. I rather book other hotel than this one. Worst service. And I did the math, the indian lady receptionist is the hotel 's owner 🙄. It 's ruining your business reputation 🥱. Atp don't open a hotel not even budget one just open a muay thai ring or other kind of business that would compliment your rudeness and snobby attitude 🙄. My first and last, PERIOD.
