staff resepsionis tidak ramah, tidak menyapa dan tidak tersenyum, tapi proses cek-in berlangsung cepat, kamar dilengkapi dengan setrikaan jadi sangat membantu, kamar mandi cukup bersih dan sesuai harga, yg mau menginap dengan budget minimalis bisa kesini

Disappointed because of kettle at the room was broken, dirty pillowcase. Hair everywhere. Maybe the rooms not yet clean up. With RM105.80 I paid for the rooms make me feel bad. This is the 1st&last I check in this hotel.

Excellent, pelayanan oke, kami dapat kamar ganti karena ada sesuatu hal, dapat kamar yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Untuk traveler religi disarankan untuk menginap disini, dekat dengan masjid bandaraya kuching jalan kaki 2 menit, sebelah hotel juga ada kuliner, Pokoknya rekomendasi baik untuk hotel ini. Kalau ke kuching pasti menginap disini lagi, terima kasih dormani.

Room was very clean. Comfort place to stay. All staff are nice and friendly. But no wifi internet in my room during my stay (due to wifi problem at that time). over all, nice place and recommended. Always stay here as a loyal customer since 2011. Thank You Dormani Hotel.
