My stay was very satisfying. The receptionist are friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable. The hot water is on. Nice!!!

Location is really close to KL Sentral, use Monoreal exit to Tun Sambanthan road. Convenience store, restaurant and Nu Sentral are close to hotel. I booked single bed room. The room and bathroom are really clean. Warm water is working well. Highly recommended.

My second time staying in this hotel and for me it was good enough with the price that I paid. Staff were friendly, food for 24hr, walking distance from monorail and Kuala Lumpur Sentral and buses.

Gak ngerti cara pakai water haeter nya. Jadi 3 hari mandi gak pakai air hangat..mesinnya bgtu. Udah di liat2 tapi susah.. pas penjanga nya orang india gtu. Knp hrs pake bahasa inggris. Pdhl dia tau gw dr indo. Knp gak pake bahasa malayu aja.

Check in tengah malam deposit RM50 + tourist tax RM10 kamar agak sempit ya untuk buka 2 koper mepet overall funiture oke bagus tp perlatan mandi tidak lengkap tidak ada sikat gigi dan pasta gigi, teko air panas dan gelas kotor. Untuk lokasi strategis 10 menit dari KL sentral kalo pagi depan hotel ada mak cik jual nasi uduk rasanya pas di lidah orang indo. Tv tidak bisa di stel. Need info jika ada yang menginap kesini minta email hotel double m please ada yang ingin saya tnyakan via email.

Kamar kecil. Closet tak berfungsi, namun bisa pindah kamar secara mandiri, pindah barang sendiri, ganti kuci sendiri ke recepsionnya. Bantal dan handuk bau, posisi AC pas di badan dan kepalankita jadi sangat dingin.

Pretty decent place to stay, if you don't have much choices considering the cost, the room pretty compact so if you bring other family members you need to consider the space. Comfortable for sleeping but sometimes I got noise leak from other rooms not sure underneath or the upstairs, also there's one night when the electricity down for 30 minutes. The deposit is the catch where I thought will be only 50 ringgit based on the notes here, but when I checking they ask 50 ringgit in cash and 60 ringgit by card and at the check out they only return 50 ringgit.

Penginapan ini sangat dekat dengan St. KL Sentral, atau St.Tun Sambanthan buat yang mau ke daerah Bukit Bintang, jalan Alor atau KLCC, kanan kiri hotel banyak makanan dan kalo pagi ada ibu dari madura yang jual makanan seperti di Indo, nasi uduk, pisang goreng, rendang, dan lain-lain. Tapi kalo sore ada juga yang buka warung tapi untuk non halal. Untuk penginapannya cukup bersih, kamar bersih harga murah, setiap hari handuk diganti dan kamar juga dibersihkan, air minum botol diganti baru air panas mandi menyala 24 jam, karena saya kemaren ambil 3 hari, jadi cukup lumayan buat backpakeran, biasa saya menginap di Bukit Bintang tapi kali ini nyoba di KL sentral teryata nyaman juga. Semoga bisa menginap lagi di sini. Karena di daerah sini banyak juga penginapan sejenis cuma belum pasti kebersihannya. Rekomen kalo menginap di KL.
