Definitely will come back to this hotel..the staff is very friendly, they even sms you to ask how was your stay, had you received your towel, had you received your in room dining, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast spread is wide and variety, even taste good. All in all i’m satisfied with my stay here and the best is you received their signature chocolate chip walnut cookies upon check in. Their teh tarik also is one of the best in my opinion.

Nicely designed rooms with amazing staff who made our stay memorable. Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Melaka. Many thanks to Paul from the reception desk for sorting out the issues we faced with parking. Thanks a lot!

The hotel is very nice. Not saying very grand but everything are maintained well. The location is not at the Center of the town from map. But actually is not far and the stree next to it has a lot of restaurants and massage.

I left a note to request some room amenities daily, I'm so pleased with the room attendant who would provide what I needed. Staff at the ground floor are all very friendly, even the chefs at the buffet breakfast. Overall, I had a enjoyable stay with my family. Will definitely come back when I visit melaka again.

Newly opened Dec 2017, double the by tree Hilton is located at a quiet corner just 5 minutes off city center . Friendly and professional.staff make the stay very enjoyable. From there you can also witness the exploding high end residential market that is currently transforming the city into one of the best retirement city in South East Asia.

地點有點偏遠，附近可以走動之處不多。房務清潔需加強，杯子留有茶水漬、地上還留有空茶包袋，這都不是Hilton 該有的風格。雖然註冊了也完全沒有WiFi ，再怎麼說WiFi 應該是現今絕大多數飯店都必需的吧？退房處理的人員漫不經心，收回2間房卡，卻只收1間房住宿稅？沒給收據，經提醒後才又加收另1間房住宿稅，並一起開出收據？預刷卡押金也是詢問後才告知那部分沒問題會自動失效（多數都會主動告知或當面銷毀作廢）。
早餐口味不錯。

I left a note to request some room amenities daily, I'm so pleased with the room attendant who would provide what I needed. Staff at the ground floor are all very friendly, even the chefs at the buffet breakfast. Overall, I had a enjoyable stay with my family. Will definitely come back when I visit melaka again.
