Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Dreamland does not encourage guests driving to the resort. Access to the resort is by boat from Esplanade Kudat jetty. Boat pick up time is 2pm. Last boat is at 5pm. Kindly inform your arrival time at the Kudat Jetty when making booking in order for the resort to arrange the boat transfer. You may also inform the property for your arrival time at Kudat Jetty via the number +60168325331.
Front desk operation hours are from 7am to 8pm daily.
