(Please note that UBER is not in service anymore for Southeast Asia countries) ★ Keep your precious items at safest possible place (At your own risk) ★ Appreciate to spend some reading time for the housing rules before stay in ★ Check out our guidebook for top destinations and places for foods ★ Please inform day before your check in and out time. ★ Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability ★ Later Check-out Surcharge Fee: RM 30 per hour. ★ If you are checking out earlier you may place all keys and access card in our mailbox ★ A RM200 of deposit will be collected upon arrived and will be return after checked-out. ★ Extra house keeping service: RM50 per visit (By request) ★ If you are driving to our home, kindly inform us one day before check in for us to arrange parking for you. ★ ONLY ONE access card will be provided (*RM250 will be charged if lost of access card)
