Encorp Strand Residence at Kota Damansara

This is our fourth stay here. Good and clean in general, with several issues. AC units had problem and the manager fixed it, but didn't respond to fixing leaking windows due to heavy rain. It would be great to have microwave instead of an oven because in travel mode people usually want to reheat purchased food easily. I think each apartment should be provided with drying racks and clothes pins, We have to think out of the box just to hang our clothes. Last but not least, a water filtration system for drinking. We have to keep on buying drinking water and that can be expensive after 1 week. Thank you.

Love the apartment and really comfy.

I have used Encorp Strand apartments three times, and I considered this one a good and clean place. I especially like it because of the furnished rooms. Bed side tables, a nice sofa, a good Smart-TV-style entertainment system (with Netflix and Youtube), and a convenient location to where we need to go. There are minor issues, however. There is an emergency light that can't be turned off in the main bedroom, which makes it hard to sleep at night. So we decided to move to the 2nd bedroom, but the AC is blowing right at our heads, even though we adjusted the airflow. Maybe an acrylic wind deflector should help. Furthermore, 2 of the electrical outlets located at both sides of the bed in the room are not working. We would definitely stay here again if these issues are fixed. Thank you!

It's an amazing, clean and spacious apartment. A lot of facilities provided, like a washing machine, a TV, a kitchen, a fridge, dishes, and many more. I do have some suggestions for several things that can be added for a more enjoyable stay for the next guests: - bedside tables with reading lamps on each side. It'd be nice not to get up and turn off the lights before going to bed.- coffee table for the sofa. - a dark curtain between the bedroom room and the living room to cover the sliding glass doors. It's hard to let people sleep in when light comes in from the living room. - clothes hooks outside the bathroom.- drying rack/drying rope. - hangers. Aside from my suggestions, it's a really nice place to stay! I would definitely stay there again, especially if those things are added. 😁.

They ask me to transfer the deposit of 100RM and failed to return back the deposit while the other apartment didn't ask for it. Better stay at another apartment. Not a good choice, dirty.

Very comfy and spacious exactly like in picture. I will come again for my next travelling.
