酒店里最重要的两样东西是舒适的床和热水淋浴，Eureka 可以很好地提供这两项服务👍🏼 房间和大堂如网站上所示。由于它位于公寓大楼周围，因此很容易找到清真和非清真餐厅，甚至还有有机餐厅。同样，除了小型超市，附近还有一家 Happy Mart。或者需要超市的话可以去Sunshine，超市种类超级齐全。 FOA（前台代理）也非常友好。做得好，Eureka，一定会再来的:)

The hotel was good. The traffic out front was a little noisy. But the front desk staff made up for that. Kaht went above and beyond. Her attentiveness and professional attitude needs to be commended. Great job. I would use this hotel on my next trip to Penang.

Excellent value at this price range. the room is clean and well maintained (it's relatively new). Excellent location, very close to the airport and it only costs me only MYR $8 to get there.
Minor defect: My window frame is slightly deformed and I can't close the window completely - there were some laughter and motorbike noises at night

Very clean and easy location. less than 15min drive from airport. so many eateries in the area, and massage place just across the road. facility is new and good amount of hot water for the showers. highly recomend

抱歉，我必须写评论以便酒店管理能够改进，酒店位置优越，靠近班台医院，但不幸的是酒店房间里到处都是蟑螂，许多毛巾很薄，用久了已经磨损了，有些毛巾的侧面也有撕裂。本来应该是两晚，但是因为不舒服所以我搬走了。谢谢

Kamar 408 ada jendela-nya. Awalnya saya dikasih kamar 406 yang kamar-nya tidak ada jendela. Langsung saya minta ganti karena kamar yang tidak ada jendela bagi saya bikin bete. Kalau sewa di hotel ini, minta kamar yang ada jendela karena kamar-nya lebih luas dan enggak bikin bete.

Near to Pantai Hospital. The receptionist girl is not friendly. We are always the first to greet her, to say morning. Many eateries around. And there is a coin laundry near the hotel, so we can wash our clothes.

Lobby hotel seadanya saja, kurang nyaman, staf cukup ramah, tempat makan sekitarnya hanya beberapa saja dan harga cukup menguras dompet bagi saya ya. 😀, supermarket ada dekat hotel. Kamar walaupun sempit tapi bersih, toilet juga bersih untuk istirahat 1 atau 2 hari cukuplah. Saran jangan bawa anak-anak ya karena kamar sempit. Agar ditingkatkan pelayanan, dan fasilitas hotel dilengkapi. Breakfast sepertinya tidak disediakan di hotel.
