When arrive they made a mistake with one room available, after a few disagreements at the receptionist counter I get an upgrade of two room overall datang sini just for kenduri. Malam takde ape nk buat. Bosan, nak makan pn takde malam. Nk keluar pun takut. 3/5 stars.

Fasiliti mmuaskan cuma mangkuk tandas dah uzur dan perlu ditukar. Terdapat juga sarang tikus dan anaknya dalam almari bilik.

The chalets are badly maintained & spooky, a lot of mosquitoes. Aircon not cold. Front receptionist are inexperienced & rude. Not recommended to stay in chalets. However, their hotel rooms are ok. Not enough food outlets

Harap pihak pengurusan lebih prihatin keperluan semasa dan tahap kebersihan dalaman. Tahap kebersihan dalam chalet amat tidak memuaskan. Bila masuk bau tidak menyenangkan terutama bilik air. Penghawa dingin perlu upgrade. Mohon untuk pihak pengurusan memastikan facilities, contoh TV, kabel TV, shower sentiasa dalam keadaan yang baik. Jangan tunggu customer complain baru nak ambil tindakan. Tambahbaik 'food garden'. Breakfast sedap.

Small room and not so clean especially toilet. Balcony lot of lizard shit. Breakfast food too litle

Mengimbau kenangan masa kecil. Happy n enjoy. Staff friendly. Makanan sedap.

Semua alhamdulillah oke... cuma bahagian makanan kena tingkatkan lagi. Kami kena tunggu setengah jam untuk serve makanan seterusnya. Yang lain sangat-sangat puas hati. Anak-anak nak datang lagi 😍

Parkir di sekitar chelet tidak memuaskan dan tidak selamat untuk kenderaan. Jarak dari penginapan dengan tempat tujuan juga agak jauh dan tidak seperti yang diiklankan (agak mengecewakan, pihak felda perlu buat penyelarasan jarak contoh: dari felda ke uitm 14.62 km saya rasa tidak betul sebab buka saja wave dah dinyatakan berapa jaraknya).

Lokasi hotel dan persekitarannya sangat baik tetapi fasilitasnya cukup lama. tilam lama, terasa melengkung dan besi@ spring pada badan apabila berbaring.

Terbaik. Walaupun alatan nampak macam lama. Tetapi bersih dan selesa. Kadar sewa semalam murah, ada sarapan & swimming pool, persekitaran juga mendamaikan.

The exterior of the chalet is quite good. But the inside is totally terrible. It was like an abandoned room. The beds are old and dusty. The mattresses are worn out. The air cond is not satisfactory. The wall are poorly painted and visually pleasant. The tv is not functioning at all. Towels provided for 3 people only but we booked for 4 peoples. And no stairs allocated from the main road to the chalet. Waiting time for food to arrive at garden cafe was too long. However the food were acceptable. The breakfast was good enough with plenty of food. The receptionist during check out was good.

My kids were happy and love that swimming pool. All is ok, average. Only breakfast don't have many choice.

Everything good and I'm satisfied except the toilet. Got leakage. Need proper replacement. Thank you.

At first book for deluxe chalet with 4 beds and then after arriving there, I immediately cancelled the room after we entered the chalet, scary & not suitable for my family with elderly in limited walking disability & babies as the chalet was either slippery down small hill and another type that you have to climb a small hill to reach the chalet. After I requested for hotel room with 2 beds, I went to check the hotel condition. It's fully carpeted and was really smelly. End up, we didn't sleep there but let our kids to enjoy their swimming pool facility since the kids love the slides at the pool. Then we head back to Bandar Tun Razak and check in at one new budget hotel, nearby Marrybrown.

Untuk harga yang diberi,saya berpuas hati dengan keadaan bilik. Cuma, saya tersilap pilih chalet yang ada tangga antara 2 ruang, agak bahaya untuk anak-anak yang masih kecil. Keadaan bilik nampak lama, bbrp lampu rosak, TV juga rosak sudah maklum pada staff. Tiada tindakan dibuat. Surrounding best. Kawasan sekitar nampak tenang dan selamat.

Bilik yang sangat luas dan selesa, pekerja yang ramah dan mesra. Rasa macam tak puas tidur satu malam.

Swimming pool far from homestay.. very hot, the aircond only 1.0hp.. staff friendly.. overall ok

Good and calm environment. Recommended.

For my experience, everything is so good. So will come again later.

Toilet is quiet smelly. Please improve on the deluxe chalet. Thank you
