As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 08:00 - 10:00.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

⭐ ROOM OCCUPANCY Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent/booked another room for proper accommodations subjected to availability. The Resort reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room or vacate guests from the resort. Only registered resort guests may access or use the hotel resort facilities without additional charges. For non-registered hotel are strictly not allowed into resort premises.
⭐ CHECK IN PROCESS All guests and companions are compulsory to present a Digital Certificate of Vaccination via the MySejahtera app for verification purposes upon arrival. Failure to provide the certificate may result in the Resort cancelling or rejecting your booking without prior notice.
⭐STRICT RULES For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking, vaping and strong-smelling fruits inside the room. No outside food from sources other than the resort in-room dining services are permitted. Please also note that all forms of alcoholic drinks and non-halal food/drinks are strictly prohibited from the resort. We reserve the right to remove and/or evict any guests from the premises in the event we discover any consumption of non-halal food/drinks on the premises as well as any form of drugs or prohibited substance by law.
