Accommodation charges MYR 38.00/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 3.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits.

All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room etc, are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guarantee. You are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests.

Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

Complimentary shuttle service (one-way only) from hotel to Gurney Drive & George Town City Centre. Guests are required to make reservation at reception counter. Due to limited seat, complimentary shuttle service is on first-come-first-serve basis.

Below are the kids ages for the eat free and charge:
- Children 0-4 years old eat free for the breakfast;
- Children 4-11 years will be charge for RM20.00 nett;
- Children 12 years an above consider adults chargers which will be RM33.00 nett.

Every guest must present proof of full vaccinations upon check-in at the hotels (Digital Vaccine Certificate on MySejahtera App or Vaccination Card ) and must be at least 14 days post full vaccination (or 28 days for single dose vaccine such as Johnson & Johnson, CanSino) Please note, you may be denied check-in to the Property due to high body temperature or is subject to a high risk Covid-19 status listed in MySejahtera app at time of check-in. In the event that you are unable to prove your eligibility or where the Property rejects your status, the following will apply: Property will request that you pay the difference between the discounted rate and the non-discounted price for the booking; or the Property may cancel your booking subject to the Property’s cancellation policy. -MITI letter also will be accept at the property but need to show the letter upon check in to verified.
