This is my favourite hotel to stay in KK. Their staff is all very friendly and professional in helping me in checking-in and out, waiting for Grab, holding the door, etc. It is also convenient just a few steps across the road from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. I used to stay at hotels near Imago, but now I prefer GCH and Suria Sabah. I will definitely come again!

缺點: 客房設備陳舊, 洗手間坐廁板損壞, 水箱漏水, 浴室去水不暢順引致積水久久不退, 酒店提供的shower gel & shampoo 質素不佳, 很臭(建議不要提供)

位置真的很方便。但衛生程度麻麻。洒店大堂算乾淨，但房間清潔度就很低了。衛生間不潔淨。
早餐很難吃。不吃也罷。因房間價格不高那就可接受了。
總括來沙巴玩，酒店選擇很多，不考慮這洒店為佳。

1.隔壁就是Suria Saba 購物中心，很方便。鄰近海邊，看夕陽很方便！
2.化妝椅好像被熨斗燙破一小塊，請修復。
3.服務人員客氣有禮，整體感覺很棒。
4.我們4：00要去機場，櫃台人員還幫忙用Grab叫車，省了很多費用。

飯店櫃檯態度極差，特別有兩位，有影片及照片佐證，並且出發前還以為該酒店於市中心，會有華語服務人員可惜一個都沒有。一進房間廁所充滿尿味，地上還有一攤半乾的尿漬。
唯一值得讚賞的是早餐部門的服務人員，專業且和善。
