房間超大風景也很美，只是有很多螞蟻還有一天晚上有蟑螂跑進來，會有猴子之類的在屋頂上跑來跑去晚上睡覺比較敏感的人可能會睡不好，雖然餐食較貴但spa換算起來很划算推薦可以做一次

The house was clean and spacious. The scenery was very nice too. We enjoyed very much there. We had do kayaking and joint a tour for snorkeling in nearby islands. The food in the restaurants was very yummy. The staffs were nice, helpful and polite. However, the water in the swimming pool was not clean enough with some insects. The resort offers free rides to their sister hotel on the same island. It was a much quiet and beautiful place. We hung on the island and spent a half day there.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

海上的垃圾有點多，房間內的設備有一點就了，但其他的一切都非常棒，很有渡假的氛圍，可以待在海裡一整天。退潮時若要下水建議要自備膠鞋不然腳很容易碰到珊瑚

非常差的体验。工作人员在下午五点来打扫房间，此时我正在露台准备欣赏夕阳，工作人员向我问好后开始了工作，约半小时后他们将露台的门锁死并退出了房间，他们明明知道我们是在露台外的。我和我的朋友被关在露台外，被蚊子叮了很多，无法呼救，也错过了夕阳。最后我们向隔壁邻居呼救，他们再去告诉大堂，45分钟后才来解救我们。从始至终酒店都没有向我们道歉。

酒店房床褥，床品也很整潔，舒適。可是，冷氣機不停滴水。酒店提供免費接駁船由亞庇市到resort, 到Jesselton point已可以直接check in，十分方便。只是覺得免費接駁船太少班次，如能增加班次更佳。酒店有提供snorkeling，kayaking的用品，可免費租用。可是，本來是想kayaking到Mangrove的，而職員說這行程是需要預早一天預約 另也需要額外收費。建議酒店可以於客戶預訂後告知有關安排及讓客戶可以報名參加。
