This hotel is very old with the un-fresh carpet in the room. It is not convenient if we want to watch TV, as it was moved to the guest room from the bedroom.

The hotel's exterior is rather run down. The side facing JB CIQ looks like an abandoned building! Our room had a window on that side of the building and it was caked in a thick layer of dirt on the outside which obscured the view. Thankfully the interior was much better in terms of cleanliness. The room was very large and standard of cleanliness was acceptable. This being an old hotel, the furnishings were outdated. The chair in our room seemed like it would break any second and we decided it was safer not to sit on it. There was also a lack of plug points in the room. We had to unplug a lamp and the kettle in order to charge our devices. There were no plug points near the bed area. The water heater worked well. Hot water didn't run out even when taking a long shower, and the water pressure was fantastic. Basic toiletries were supplied including shower cap, dental kit, and disposable shaver. Overall this was a pleasant stay in a strategic location. R&F mall is just across the road and JB Sentral, JB City Square, etc., are all reachable on foot using the covered walkway.

Toilet Shower good. Hairdryer have to ask end up spoiled. Wifi keep on changing without guess aware and have to ask for it. From reception ask to call room cannot call

This hotel is haunted. My pregnant wife saw a female ghost. And my kids too. Really creepy.

Bilik yang perlu dibersihkan dengan baik. Keadaan katil, cadar, Bantal yang kusam, lantai masih ada rambut. Toilet tidak bersih, lantai berdaki. Harap pihak hotel ambil tindakan yg sewajarnya berkaitan kebersihan bilik. Bilik tiada iron , nak iron perlu ke level lain. bukan setiap level ada iron.

Will not stay in this Hotel anymore the room Humidity, old bed and furniture the carpet so old many stain and not clean the Hotel windows full with kind fungus covered all windows. Those windows didn't clean for years. Hotel corridor to our room dark, Humidity, smell not good and creepy too. Really dispointed with this Hotel. The breakfast was OK. The Hotel location close to the mall and bus station and night Market. Sorry didn't take pictures cause make me sick. Luckyly we stayed only 2 nights and most the time we were out cause not comfortable to stay in this room

The hotel is old, including the furniture, but the food was good. Quite near to JB Sentral. Overall OK.

Everything is OK and good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Services given are good too. Only setback is the location of the hotel. Due to the road construction around that area, many roads are closed. Other than this setback, everything is fine and good.

My plan changed last minute instead of staying with my husband. My son followed too, and the premium room was big. We managed to add one more bed at the hall area. It was great, and the fridge was medium size too, can store our balance food. Overall, our family felt happy. The staff are great too, friendly and helpful ❤️.
