arrived late a night. called in advanced about airport transfer back and fourth. the hotel management provide it for free! its a big bonus for me & my husband. the staff are friendly. the room spacey and comfortable. they provide 4 pillow. the shower working well. bathroom slipper, toothbrush, amenities provided. nothing I can complain about my short stay here. good for sleep over and near airport.

飯店還行，但設施對老年人和行動不便的人來說有點不足……回房間要爬樓梯……我們的房間在三樓，帶著行李和一個小孩爬樓梯，真是太累了……

tilam sudah rosak.sarung tilam selimut sudah lesu dan terlalu lama,dan berbau.nombor bilik 205.harap pihak hotel dapat tukar tilam dan bantal utk keselesaan tetamu.

I minta tukar level sebb pregnant ,penat mau naik, sbb nda tau sana nada lift. i tanya front staff boleh tukar level 1? Then staff bgtau boleh tukar ke tingkat 1, skli bila naik yg ditukar bukan tingkat 1 sama jua tingkat 2. so my husb turn kebawh lagi bgtau nda payah sja tukar bilik sama jua level yg dibgi. thn lepas masuk bilik.bilik penuh dgn nyamuk. dh req for spray. bila balik malam . masih jua banyak nyamuk nya sampai check out tadi😂,

The staffs are friendly. Lokasinya is great. Not far from airport and city center. Easy to get transport. Located very near to the Tanjung Aru beach.

Curtains had lipstick stain
Bedsheets were not clean
Tissues were provided almost abit left (used ones)
Bathroom light is not bright enough and only one mirror (which is in bathroom with low lighting)
Basically i check in at 2pm and checked out by 8pm on that same day to find another hotel
Air conditioner definitely not cold enough

nice place to stay, but fix your shower heater and Tv Channel, also pls prepare the small things but necessary such as coffee 3in1, and all the toiletries if possible, people who are stay more than 1 night need more shampoo n also soap and tissue, pls put clean tissue and ENOUGH TISSUE (Bkn tisu yg buli pakai lap mulut satu kali sdh habis tisunya) at the toilet and room. tq ☺️

I checked in almost at 11:30 PM but still there is staff waiting at the counter. I got room number 211 which is very comfortable and spacious for me because it is located at the corner. Although you can also hear the sound of an airplane, but it's not too often and you still can manage to sleep. The hotel is also located near to the airport which takes only 10 minutes.

Nice and helpful staff. The room is clean, good Wi-Fi internet, and lots of restaurants nearby. You can choose this hotel if you traveled to Kota Kinabalu and want to stay near from the airport, just 5 minutes from there.

Okay la kalau cari tempat untuk tidur sahaja. First tu kami dapat bilik aircond leaking, sinki slow turun air, water heater x on. Lepastu bagitau receptionist dia bagi pilihan tukar bil. kami tukar ke bilik yang aircond dia x leaking tapi hair dryer x on, water heater pun x on. Lepastu waktu kitorang sampai, boleh hidu aroma sampah dari bilik sebab hotel ni dekat dengan temat pembuangan sampah dan bilik kami bahagian hujung. kira okla. first bilik tu agak sempit. bila receptionist bagi tukar bilik, kira okla. oh yaa bilik tak kedap bunyi. orang berlari dikoridor boleh dengar.
