If you are here for PERSONAL REASONS, we strictly request the 1 document below : Interstate travel letter issued by the police and the reasons stated in the document SHOULD INCLUDE : a ) your check-in and check-out date b) Reason of travelling c) Name of our hotel You may be barred from check-in and will requested to cancel your booking online if you failed to provide these approval letters. RM3.00 nett heritage fee per room per night will be collected at the hotel for all the bookings.

A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room etc, are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guarantee. You are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy.
