Untuk yang mau menginap disini, hati hati karna staff sangat buruk, tidak ramah sama sekali, dan kalian transaksi bukan di resepsionis tetapi di luar gedung, petugas sangat jutek dan menyebalkan Yang lebih parah lagi ternyata deposit tidak di kembalikan full 😡 Saya sangat menyesal menginap disini Saya menginap 2hari deposit 220RM kalau di rupiahin kisaran 800rb lebih dengan alasan harga di luar dari traveloka SANGAT MENYESAL! Jika ada penilaian yg lebih buruk saya akan menilai 0!!!! Dan saran aja lebih baik memesan hotel di Agoda Deposit 100% di kembalikan 🤌🏻

I have to book again in the same hotel, because the front desk didn't allow me to check in, ion delemen by quicie home is not a exist. I booked again in the same hotel without by quince home. Just grand ion delemen. It was bad luck for me.

The room is very nice and spacious. However, there are some points you need to consider if deciding to booking this: 1, Location is very far from leisure center, booking grab is very hard and expensive. 2, The room price is quite cheap, but they will cost you 100RM and no return for cleaning fee. Also, deposit is 100RM. 3, The receptionist is not at reception area, she is standing in gem tower, so you must look for her and wait her for the key then can get in room.

Very near to Genting, about 5 mins, but the road is turning and turning as it is highland. Room was clean and spacious. However, 1 towel out of 2 was dirty, have hair inside. It means their worker never actually check nicely before folding. The drain hole near the washing basin smelled and my wife was suffering at night. Swimming pool was super crowded, I didn't even want to join them. I find a lot of people hard to find access to their room, because you need to change 2 lifts to change tower to get to your room.

They will allure you with a low price but will add an extra 100 RM cleaning fee upon your arrival. Please read the payment details carefully. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is spacious, but there are no kitchen facilities available. Additionally, the floor was sticky, and there were coffee stains on the cup. Personally, I won't return to this place, as there are better options available at cheaper prices. The cleaning fee exceeds the room rate, which doesn't make sense to me. Check important info.

Toilet bau, toilet tak ada sabun mandi habis hanya sampo, tidak ada sikat gigi dan odol, tidak ada gelas kumur, tak ada coffee dan tea, AC kecil sekali, TV tidak ada siaran channel, cukup sekali di sini, kelebihan cuman ada dispenser, piring mangkok, tidak worthit uang cleaning 100rm tapi kayak kamar bekas di pake orang di rapihin lagi tidak di refill apapun parah.
