Pas mau check in tidak ada staff-nya, di-WA cuma mesin yang jawab, untung ada security yang kenal agent-nya bantu telepon, kalau tidak, gak tahu mau ambil kunci sama siapa. Seprai tempat tidur kuning, kamar mandi shower rusak, outdoor AC tepat di sebelah tembok kamar sehingga sepanjang malam berisik seperti tidur di atas kapal. Gedung resident banyak ditinggal oleh wanita panggilan dari daerah Afrika, sehingga gak bagus yang bawa anak-anak. Sofa sudah sobek-sobek, wifi gak dikasih password, TV sudah mau rusak.

Waktu cek in terlalu lama menunggu jam 3 sore. Cek out nya malah kecepatan. Deposit nya lumayan besar dan minta transfer. Repot meminta kembali deposit nya kalo dah cek out.

I recently stayed at Greystone one bukit ceylone and was highly disappointed with my experience. The room was not cleaned properly, with a lot of cockroach hide in the furniture. The furniture looked old and worn out. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, the customer service was lacking, and no satisfactory resolution was provided. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant stay

Saya sudah sampe di hotel, pas mau check in dibilang nama saya ga ada di list bookingan, setelah menunggu 3 jam luntang luntung di lobi dan setelah menunggu konfirmasi dari agen online, ternyata kamar saya di oper ke agent lainnya, jadi kayak ada calonya lagi, nginep 5 hari di sana, kamar ga pernah dibersihkan dan handuk tidak pernah diganti.

Kamarnya besar, ada balkon nya, pemandangannya juga bagus kalau malam hari. Hanya saja sekitaran hotel banyak Club malam, jadi kalau malam sampai jam 4 itu masih sedikit kedengaran suara-suara bising di luar, padahal saya di lantai 20, karena kamarnya tidak begitu kedap suara. Tapi gak gitu mengganggu sih! Hotelnya strategis, kemana mana bisa jalan. Kalau ke KL lagi mau nginap di sini. Kemarin saat begitu sampai dapat 2 handuk, yang 1 handuk bau apek, syukurnya ada mesin cuci jadi bisa dicuci handuknya.

Ada fasilitas kolam renang tapi tidak diperbolehkan masuk untuk berenang padahal anak saya udah pakai baju renang ke lantai 9. Begitu kami lapor denga pihak apartemen malah disuruh datang jam 10.30. Handuk awalnya tidak tersedia, hanyatersedia keset kaki begitu diminta hanya dikasih 1. Gitu diminta lagi memang dikasih, tapi terlalu banyak pertanyaan.

Decent room, strategic location. Check in process took 38 mins wait to get the key card. Upon payment of deposit, house rules include doing your own dishes and taking out the trash or else you'll be charged a 'cleaning fee' from the deposit. Not what I expect from an accommodation that I paid for the service.
