As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Facility Notice
Swimming Pool closed temporarily from 7-10-2024 to 10-10-2024.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Kindly take note of the following:

1. We'd like to ask guests to contact the property directly for check-in instructions.

2. Our on-site operating hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. After that, we provide self-check-in guidelines for your convenience.

3. upon check-in, a refundable security deposit of MYR 200 is required for the property.

4. You can conveniently pay for security deposits using a credit card. Remember that the refund process for credit card transactions typically takes 5-7 business days to complete.

5. Dear Guests, please note that the swimming pool will be undergoing repairs on 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th October 2024, as announced by the Management Office
