nice staff. check in process was easy. clean room and bathroom. great location in bukit bintang, near alor and pavilion and berjaya times square, just walking distance. great experience. cheap but not feel cheap. nice. definitely considered to stay here again.

One of the best accommodations in the city. Affordable, away from traffic noise, yet very near Pavilion, MRT station, and other food shops. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with you.

Love this guesthouse, the receptionist is humble, they’ll explain the facility well. If you want to pray, just ask the receptionist for the prayer mat. The location is also strategic. I’ll book here if I get another vacation in KL.

So comfortable stay here. location is perfect at Bukit Bintang. Beside monorel station, easy to find halal food. like halal thai food, halal chinese food mee tarik, roti john, Nasi Lemak Jalan Alor and Indian Muslim restaurant.

The room was quite comfortable, and towels were provided as well. However, the locker given was not big enough to store all of our belongings, so we had to bring them into the room, which made the space a bit cramped. The location is also great—right in the center of Bukit Bintang. In the morning, you can get cheap nasi lemak near the intersection. However, you do have to climb three narrow flights of stairs to get there. The bathroom is rather small, but there's free water and tea available, so that's a nice touch. The service was good, and the owner was friendly. There was a slight misunderstanding at the beginning with one of the staff, but it was resolved. For those booking via app, note that there is an additional RM10 per night tax charge.

Với giá này, ở nơi trung tâm như vậy rất tốt, sạch sẽ, thích hợp du lịch ba lô. Mình là nữ mang theo vali rất nặng nhưng chủ guesthouse rất dễ thương, cho nhân viên đem hành lý xuống giúp mình. Không có thang máy, bạn nào đem nhiều đồ hoặc hành lý nặng có thể liên hệ chủ cơ sở để hỗ trợ. Thêm 1 điểm cộng là máy bay mình đáp trễ đến nơi lúc 2 giờ sáng nhưng chủ cơ sở vẫn đợi để mình check in. Các bạn đến trễ hãy liên hệ chủ cơ sở trước nhé

Pros: Great that there's qiblat direction for Muslim. 7-11 convenience store next door so easy to find food 24/7. There's coffee/tea and hot/cold water dispenser. Locker with keys to keep important items. Plenty of bins to throw rubbish. Overall very clean. Cons: Guesthouse is on 4th floor so need to climb up stairs. There's only 2 toilet cubicles & 2 shower cubicles so if someone hogged the toilet. It'll be a long queue for a while. No proper sinkie to brush teeth. Bath cubicles very cramp for showering.

The owner was very helpful. I didn't know that the reception opens at 10 a.m., so I went there earlier. He was kind enough to let me check in early. The room was not that spacious, but I was alone, so I think I was lucky. There were lockers, but they aren't big enough to keep my backpack, so I just put it in the room. The locker's key works, so you could keep your valuables here while you're out. What I don't like is the bathroom located in the communal area, so you must bump into someone whenever you want to go to the bathroom. And you have to have great stamina (especially if you have lots of luggage since the hostel is on the third floor). P.S. You must pay tourism tax (it's not a scam, guys, it's called government policy 😉). I know some hostels don't require us to pay, but trust me, some do.

Location is good. In the middle of city. But the room is too small not the same as the picture. Hidden fee rm 20, they said its for tax. But why doesn't say earlier in booking process? I checked out after 5 minutes receiving the keys. Not recommeded

The room was quite comfortable, and towels were provided as well. However, the locker given was not big enough to store all of our belongings, so we had to bring them into the room, which made the space a bit cramped. The location is also great—right in the center of Bukit Bintang. In the morning, you can get cheap nasi lemak near the intersection. However, you do have to climb three narrow flights of stairs to get there. The bathroom is rather small, but there's free water and tea available, so that's a nice touch. The service was good, and the owner was friendly. There was a slight misunderstanding at the beginning with one of the staff, but it was resolved. For those booking via app, note that there is an additional RM10 per night tax charge.

Với giá này, ở nơi trung tâm như vậy rất tốt, sạch sẽ, thích hợp du lịch ba lô. Mình là nữ mang theo vali rất nặng nhưng chủ guesthouse rất dễ thương, cho nhân viên đem hành lý xuống giúp mình. Không có thang máy, bạn nào đem nhiều đồ hoặc hành lý nặng có thể liên hệ chủ cơ sở để hỗ trợ. Thêm 1 điểm cộng là máy bay mình đáp trễ đến nơi lúc 2 giờ sáng nhưng chủ cơ sở vẫn đợi để mình check in. Các bạn đến trễ hãy liên hệ chủ cơ sở trước nhé

Pros: Great that there's qiblat direction for Muslim. 7-11 convenience store next door so easy to find food 24/7. There's coffee/tea and hot/cold water dispenser. Locker with keys to keep important items. Plenty of bins to throw rubbish. Overall very clean. Cons: Guesthouse is on 4th floor so need to climb up stairs. There's only 2 toilet cubicles & 2 shower cubicles so if someone hogged the toilet. It'll be a long queue for a while. No proper sinkie to brush teeth. Bath cubicles very cramp for showering.

The owner was very helpful. I didn't know that the reception opens at 10 a.m., so I went there earlier. He was kind enough to let me check in early. The room was not that spacious, but I was alone, so I think I was lucky. There were lockers, but they aren't big enough to keep my backpack, so I just put it in the room. The locker's key works, so you could keep your valuables here while you're out. What I don't like is the bathroom located in the communal area, so you must bump into someone whenever you want to go to the bathroom. And you have to have great stamina (especially if you have lots of luggage since the hostel is on the third floor). P.S. You must pay tourism tax (it's not a scam, guys, it's called government policy 😉). I know some hostels don't require us to pay, but trust me, some do.

Location is good. In the middle of city. But the room is too small not the same as the picture. Hidden fee rm 20, they said its for tax. But why doesn't say earlier in booking process? I checked out after 5 minutes receiving the keys. Not recommeded

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location in central Bukit Bintang. Nice neighborhood, a lot of surrounding, definitely will be back again.
