在HereHotel住得很愉快。房間和浴室都乾淨整潔。以後還想再入住。

很喜歡這裡，它滿足了我所有的需求，甚至還有一些額外的驚喜。入住也很順利。唯一的問題是我們的房間沒有窗戶，而且有點霉味。不知道為什麼，床鋪在我這邊有點癢。

地理位置很好，但家庭套房很舊。需要爬上去的床很危險，樓梯的木頭搖搖欲墜。床頭櫃也很尖銳。

非常失望。我住的房間沒有窗戶，隔音效果也很差☹️

The room's soundproofing was quite poor, the air conditioner was noisy and leaking and the TV reception was also bad. The room was generally clean.

Recommended, area hotel ada mal dan banyak makanan

We were given the key card to enter but the room door couldn’t be opened. Tried changing our key card twice but still failed and was given a physical key to unlock the room. There was a heavy cigarette smoke stench along the common corridor. Thankfully it was not inside the room. Once inside, things looked like they are falling apart. The slanted counter below the TV, the slanted sink, the slanted shower, the swinging tap, the worn out air con control etc. The pubs nearby were playing loud music past 2am and the sounds travelled into the rooms. If you can see past that, then you may be able to enjoy your stay. We didn’t realise the stained sheets so I couldn’t asked for a change. Housekeeping was closed already and we put a paper over it. The bed was rather comfy and the location is very near sutera mall. I will definitely stay there again but I don’t think I will recommend friends of this place.

I came here on a weekend night when I didn't manage to make it back to Sg. Although it was a basic small room with a queen size bed, the interior was eye-pleasing. It was also clean and well equipped with basic necessities. The price was affordable as well. It's been a while since I had a great rest. Highly recommended.

Nice room and modern. Recommended for those looking for a budget hotel.

A very basic hotel, great if you just staying 1 night and have no issues with no windows. They provided drinking water in a glass bottle and I didn't dare to drink it as I have no idea how long it has been there

Lumayan bagus, tapi dekornya terlalu gelap dan WC cuma 1. Harusnya family room WC sediakan 2.

Sangat berhabuk. Debu/habuk banyak sangat. Habis bersin² sy dibuatnya. Bising juga diluar kamar. Dilorong2 antara bilik ke bilik bising betul. Wifi pula buat orang naik hangin. Harga kategori mahal tau. Kemarin saya check in hotel harga jauh dibawahnya. Tapi bilik kemas. X berhabuk. Wifi pun laju. Tolong lah perbaiki kebersihan tu ya.

The hotel have strong mold sense and not comfortable!

Knowing this is a 2-star hotel, I still think its a bad choice. The image given in the listing is a hoax and should be for the Premium Balcony Room, not the premium room I booked. The room I got had no windows nor ventilation, so the foul moldy smell is trapped inside perpetually. Suspect the bed sheets were not changed before I checked in. House-keeping didn't come pack the room for me anyway. I had a bad rash on the back of my neck after my 2 nights stay. Others complaints: Sound-proofing is non-existent. TV doesn't work, no safe, no fridge, no tissues, dirty bathroom, rusty shower-head, stained toilet bowl, old an ragged towels, uncomfortable and possibly unclean bed sheets. The only one good thing is the location, with lots of nice food & drinks, bars & pubs and Sutera Mall within walking distance.

Not really worth the price. When entered the hotel, the staffs were really not welcoming. They just entertain you after they settled their works. Very limited parking. Can feel the room is not cleaned enough. Not even prepared disposable slippers. You won't get mineral waters like other hotel😂. They filled the water in glass container. They don't even have any refill machines like coway. Air cond not cold enough. The pictures of the room just as advertised except for the water one 😂. Toothbrushes prepared were too cheap quality. Can feel the bulu luruh one by one. Overall just 3/10

Clean room. Located at the quieter site of the area, good rest at night.

This hotel has a good location but has the following shortfalls: 1) The hotel rooms are too tiny for the price we paid. 2) One room's installed TV set could not be turned on. 3) One room smelled bad probably due to accumulated moisture over the years. 4) One room has the air conditioning auto cut-off during middle of the night.
