As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

I was booking 2 rooms stay from 21/8 till 29/8, there were no room wifi connection. I was complaints to front office, the staff feedback unable to do anything for that. Every night is nightmare while other room close the door, maybe something wrong to the door lock.

The picture displayed at their website is misleading. In fact, the hotel is smaller than what we expected. The water heater is not functioning. Although it is a budget hotel, but it is not worth for that money. I will no go next time anymore.

Very clean room. The room is cleaned everyday. Although, the room is quite narrow but it's comfortable to live in. Strategic location near leisure malls and many other restaurants are within our reach. Definitely, will stay here again next time.

I already stay here for few times but this time I'm very upset with the room because there is only 1 glass inside bathroom and the bathroom door cannot lock. Easily can open from outside. It really makes me uncomfortable.
