酒店地理位置非常优越，就在LPT站附近，出站走两步就到了，而且非常接近唐人街、独立广场这一系列的景点，交通十分方便。不好的是，我们住的房间热水器坏了，没有热水洗澡，太晚了懒得换房间，不过前台服务态度还是蛮好的！推荐！

Convenient to take LRT in 3 minutes walking. Location is great, very easy to go most of the interests in KL. But room has no window and has only one plug. Bed seems not very clean....

Located in the centre of city, 2 minutes from the rapid kl station. 5 mins to the heritage architectural buildings. Many food and cinvinient stores around. 10 mins walk to the distance bus station to ipoh. Room is clean, small but cozy. Mineral water provided in the corridor. staff are nice whom helped us handle a lot of travelling problems and tourist consultations. I definitely will come back again when I go kl.

住了三天的酒店，第一天沒有水！第二、三天沒有熱水！打給酒店的工作人員，他竟然叫我們看著辦，他們也沒有辦法⋯wtf！床單床舖的感覺是髒髒的！最過份的是，我們住第六層，那個升降機的按鈕是壞的！壞的！！根本按不到！

飯店地點極佳 臨捷運站超近 一分鐘不到 附近也擁有很多值得一逛的大景點 地點大贏 可是 房間很小 連行李箱都有點難放 房間可充電的插頭才一個 走廊煙味超濃 每天都聞到 第一晚 冷氣太吵 把我們都吵醒 第二天早上反應後立馬讓我們換房間 結果卻給我們一間別人剛退房都還沒清理的房間 傻眼 跟他反應請他等等去清 我們就出門逛了 結果傍晚回來後 房間居然都沒整理 再跟他說一次才有人來整理 有點生氣 第三天出門時 有掛飯店提供請整理房間的牌子請他整理晚上回來一看 當然還是沒整理囉。⋯

The room is very very tiny. My pillow case is dirty, and some blood on the quilt. Also, the bathroom design is not user friendly. No bathroom curtain so the floor got wet fully after bath. No house keeping for 2 nights stay(Not necessary for us).
It is the worst hotel we have stayed at the 19 days journey.
My friend said this location is not very safety in KL, I believe there should be some better Hotels in KL.
The price is really low.

首先，不知是酒店的问题还是网站问题，到了酒店后出示打印好的订单，竟然说没有我们的预订～吓死了～这才是假期的第一天，后面还有四家酒店都是用 hotels 预订的，如果都有问题真不知道怎么办？！折腾了大半个小时，终于能确认我们有预订了～期间竟然还要我证明我已全额付款～但是由于酒店没有计划预留房间给我们，所以我预订的双人床没有了，只能住双床房～我想说，还好没有了，那个双人床房我看过，不要太小了，开门上接上床～双床房稍为大一点～其次，酒店的员工都满好的，很热情也很帮忙～酒店位置也不错，步行可到唐人街～中央市场等景点～离轨道交通站点也很近～

位置很棒 出门走一走就有很多景点 右手边就是MRT 但那边马来人和印度人很多 女生一个人要小心 我开始住在二楼有窗的房间 一晚上都有人在楼下飙车 吵死了一晚没睡 第二天换了六楼无窗的房间 安静了很多 后面才知道无窗房间比有窗的贵 估计是噪音的问题 但前台结账时并没有让我加钱

可由TBS巴士總站直接搭乘LRT四號線直達，離LRT masjid jamek站只有1~2分鐘的路程，對旅人來說即使提著大行李也相當方便！房間樣子就跟網站的照片一樣很漂亮，有飲水機可裝冷熱水，房間wifi訊號很好，一樓也有兩台桌上型電腦可供查詢，整體來說cp值相當高！幾個小地方給龜毛的朋友參考，我住的房間淋浴區有條水管漏水，因此那個角落永遠是濕的，瞬熱式熱水器旋鈕失蹤無法調整溫度，洗了兩晚的冷水，因為天氣熱還能接受也懶得去抱怨換房間了，毛巾邊有些虛掉看得出來用已使用滿久的時間了，唯一比較造成我困擾的是沒有洗髮沐浴乳，只好晚上跑去買嘍！

Had to switch room two times because of bad noise isolation in the windom (too loud sounds coming in from the street) and a hole in the roof in the bathroom. Third room turned out well. Great service from the friendly staff though!
