With the new implemented SOP from government, only guests who are fully vaccinated with 2 doses can check in to the hotel. Proof of vaccination will be requested upon check in through MySejahtera apps. Failure to show any proof will result in hotel denying guest to check in.

During Covid19 pandemic situation, 0ur guest/visitor safety is our number one priority. Hence, compulsory guideline will be implemented and we wish everyone to adhere the following guideline:
- All entry point require temperature check, temperature above 37.5'C will be denied access to the hotel premises and Shopping mall.
- Every guest/visitor must wear face mask at all times, entry will be denied for without face mask.


For your peace of mind, our Hotel has been undergoing sanitization to clean common areas including lobby, counter, washrooms, lifts lobbies, and hotel rooms.
Our housekeeping team will sanitize common areas most often exposed to touch round-the-clock too.
We would like to assure you that the health and well being of our guest and staff are of the utmost priority. We promise to maintain the highest level of hygiene standards to protect the safety of our guest. We will continue to take the necessary precautionary measures following the COVID-19 preventive guidelines as issued by the National Security Council.
