Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Stayed there for 2 nights. The cons was the house keeping as they did not replace the mineral bottles, the free coffee and also the soap. On top of that the hotel just provide the basic bar soap which can only be used to wash hands not for the shower. I could get a proper shower cream and shampoo at other hotels at this price rate. Apart from that, it's really hard to fine the hotel as it is located at the corner of the building.

1. Most of restaurants around are Chinese. A bit difficult for Muslim to find near restaurant. 2. The room I got was smelly with smokes hardly. even there is signage of No Smoking, maybe the force by the management need to be improved. Very disturbed our day. 3. Many parking for customers.

Spacious room. Actually too big. Bed is very big too. Queen size but feel like King. Just remember to bring your own soap and shampoo. They provide two mini bar of soap only. Overall, its clean. But housekeeping forgot to sweep behind the door. It's so dusty!! 😅😅

The Chinese lady receptionist who checked us in was helpful and friendly, no doubt. However, the room condition was bad. One of the room's light was flickered. We stayed in 2nd floor and the roof was leaking, wet our luggage. Tried to complain to the staff but the they only replied that no one complaint before. Huh? The water pressure was low. Will no return, definitely!
