The staff installed a new bed for our child in the family room 15min after I inquired how we could sleep 4 people with a king bed and a single bed.
The staff is very very nice and customer oriented

Very good hotel considering Jerantut is a very small town. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel location is very close to the train station, and there are supermarket and restaurants nearby. The NKS travel agency is just across the road if you are going to Taman Negara.

Hadir ats faktor ikut suami ada urusan peribadi..anak² seronok dapat mandi pool...just kami datang waktu hari bekerja jadi pool jadi milik anak²..bilik ok lah just bilik air mgkin ad yang perlu improve sikit.. reception mudah ..sarapan pun sedap dan murah, rezeki kami salah seorang staff hotel murah hati belanja untuk belian sarapan ..so kami just bayar untuk seorang shj..suami nak repeat lagi sebab mudah nak solat lepas check out...tambah lagi ada ikan dalam longkang besar tepi hotel buat dia geram...insyaallah..☺️

Staf hotel sangat ramah & memberikan kerjasama yang baik sewaktu mendaftar masuk. Saya mendapati lantai bilik agak berhabuk mungkin sudah lama tidak ada orang mendiaminya ataupun dibersihkan. Kemudahan bilik agak baik kerana mereka menyediakan kelengkapan solat, seterika & minuman panas. Tetapi ruang bilik agak sempit untuk menunaikan solat. Air mandian berfungsi dengan bagus.cuma lapik kaki agak kecil. Penghawa dingin berfungsi dengan baik namun ada leaking bila kita meninggalkan bilik seketika untuk keluar makan. Masalah utama dalam bilik ini adalah port untuk mencas segala elektrik & cas HP. Hanya ada 1 saja disediakan untuk kesemuanya. Yang pasti saya akan menginap kembali lagi jika ke jerantut. Kerana keadaan hotel yang selamat dan tidak bising pada waktu malam. Parking juga mudah untuk didapatkan. Kedai makan juga boleh didapati di sekitar kawasan hotel. Terbaik 😊

Bilik yang amat kecil, karpet berbau dan kotor, perabot usang, dinding kotor dan lembab, tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Harap pihak hotel dapat menaik taraf agar bilik lebih selesa, berasa amat kecewa 😓
