The room was not swept or mopped clean and strands of hair were everywhere. The toilet seat was in a bad condition. It was not washed and brushed clean with stains are still visible. The sane goes with the sink. No towels and soap provided in the Family room. However, the location is good as it is in the middle of Kuantan and near to the stadium and shops.

The hotel was dated. Gloomy. Stuffy. Room cramped with 5'X6 ' wardrobe & table. Toilet was upgraded with hot shower but low in pressure while other tap was better. Location and surrounding business, eating place was good. Parking ample. Price is equivalent to signature hotel, facilitjes need to be addressed.
