Tempat dia dalam kawasan kedai. Jadi, parking susah sikit nak cari. Haritu pergi, dalam jam 6.00 pagi air takde, jadi kami diberi alternatif ke bilik lain untuk mandi. Makanan sangat teratur dan sedap. Staf pun sangat baik walau ada sedikit masalah berkaitan air.

Room and toilet was not clean. Bed was dusty and affected my skin, it started becoming red. Toilet was dirty. No shower gel provided. It made us feel uncomfortable staying there. The basics for a hotel is for it to at least be clean, but even this was not achieved.

First check in and check out by machine and deposit RM53 inc tax use online only which is no mention at any page. Second don't have any soap, shampoo, hairdryer in room. Only have iron which is shared with all at outside. Anything else was okay. Btw tak seram hotel ni, calm jek.

Bilik air bersih. Bilik kecil tapi masih muat untuk solat dan letak luggage besar 2 biji. Kalau badan besar elok ambil bilik besar sikit. Lokasi strategik di Brinchang. Parking percuma dan mudah di basement.

Very dirty. We sleep all the night with this blanket. Worst ! Last year booking with this hotel was awesome. But now no more. Very upset !

lif apartment rosak..kami dari tingkat 4 kena naik turun tangga dengan bawak anak kecik..dgn lampu xde so jadi tak seronok nak jalan sebab fikir nak naik tangga...kami sewa 3hari 2 malam tau..servis very2 bad...last day nak mintak tolong staf turunkan barang sebab lift rosak cakap takde orang..suruh tunggu 10minit tengok2 lif dah ok pulak..ke off switch lift???lepastu tak inform last breakfast pukul berapa n breakfast burn mcm tu je...padahal lambat sebab tunggu lift...sampai2 cakap dah tak boleh breakfast..lepasni memang takkan pergi dah hotel tu...apartment bumbung bocor & bila hujan air melimpah di ruang tamu..poor service..pergi complaint kat reception pasal lift boleh pulak cakap tak tahu lift rosak...

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, room smell wet and musky, bed linens were stained, room was dusty and when the next door room showers the sounds of water gushing out of the pipes is so loud.
