This hotel hosts a gala dinner during the New Year holiday period, and customers staying during this time may be charged for it. For further details, contact the hotel directly.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
入住/退房時間
Accommodation charges MYR 25.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Check-in time is at 2.00PM. Guest must present Traveloka e-Voucher upon check-in and valid Identification Card or Passport is required for registration. Hotel reserve the right to collect additional refundable deposit upon check-in.
During COVID-19 MCO, Hotel allow bookers based on two restriction.
two types of guests are allowed to check in:
1. Essential services guests: must have supporting documents from their respective organisations and stamped approval from authorities.
2. Foreign guests that are unable to return or seek accommodation must have supporting documents from their respective embassies
Additional breakfast is chargeable at MYR24.00 per adult and MYR15.00 per child (6-12 years old).
There will be optional gala dinner (Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner) on 24-12-2024 - 24-12-2024. If you want to join, You will be charged MYR 120.00 per Person upon check-in.
