Lokasi terletak di pusat kota George Town, lokasi dekat ke mana-mana, mau cari makanan halal ada nasi kandar, dekat dengan Masjid Kapitan Keling, sangat dekat dengan Armenian Street, dan ke Chew Jetty cuma jalan kaki, mau naik Rapid Penang, gampang, lewat dan berhenti di dekat hotel, dekat 7-Eleven, dan ada supermarket, namun jangan heran kalau banyak bule di sekitar hotel.

Check-in was smooth and efficent and staff there was very helpful, especially the lady working at counter who later we found out is the female boss was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The housekeeping was done very well, even though he or she forgot to provide us with free bottled water after we check-in to our room and forgot to change our towel after staying 1 night. Overall was a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government.This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in.

Location is good, many restaurants nearby, Indonesian staff is very friendly but not for local staff. Furniture inside hotel is very old but room space is big. Good for transit

the staff were not friendly but its okay. when you check in at the hotel, you’ll be asked for 12RM per night (idk what for but they said for tourist taxes?)
twin room is more spacious than queen bed. there’s towel, water heater, blanket. the floor kinda dirty but you can use the slippers.
dont forget bring your international adapter.

Lokasi cukup strategis, namun suasana kamar kurang nyaman karena aroma kamar tua. Kamar mandi juga sudah tua. Sempat ada sedikit kendala, tapi staff langsung sigap membantu. Nitip barang-barang di lobby sebelum waktu check-in juga bisa.

Vị trí ngay khu trung tâm Gorge Town nên rất tiện dạo chơi xung quanh. Phòng rộng rãi thoáng mát tuy nhiên không có bàn chải, sữa tắm, khăn tắm… Nhưng tôi đã có sẵn và hầu như đi chơi cả ngày, chỉ về nghỉ ngơi ban đêm nên với giá cả khá rẻ nên tôi không đòi hỏi quá nhiều nha

Lokasi strategis. Dalam peak season, agak sulit request late check-out, karena mereka harus segera menerima tamu baru, jadi pastikan perhitungan hari menginap kalian.
