Lokasi ok, tapi tv dan water heater x berfungsi, tuala kotor, sarung bantal dan tilam berbau.

Kemudahan ini sanagat bagus dan tempat yang strategik, cuma keadaan bilik yang kurang menyenangkan sebab ada something smell and kemudaham tv semua tak ada@rosak..

Hotel la viva kk sabah, penginapan percutian yang bajet dan menepati citarasa golgn pertengahan..harga yang bajet menarik dan servies yang diberikan kepada pelanggan sangat memuaskan. Paling terbaik staff kaunter dan housekeeping yang mesra pelanggan. Saya tidak tertekan mereka tetap layan dan berikan info yang terbaik, cepat dan senyuman.

Cadar, selimut dan tuala berbau busuk.

I have good experience here because they provide us free breakfast although it is simple menu

It just "okay" hotel. No lift here, and their aircond don't even have remote so it is too cold. People/guest also smoking in the room. I will give it 2 star. After all, it is a budget hotel so don expect to much.

The overnight staff was helping us to sort out the booking as he said the price we paid is to low for a deluxe queen room as he showing the different price on printed paper which is different from what i has paid. He seems confused and manage to call his upper for advice, but failed, and booking site did give them a call. At last, he said that the available room that he can give me is only a twin bed. He said that if i am not satisfy with it, i can just cancelled the booking, but what i need is a room where i can sleep. Twin bed, well, at least, we can sleep as we only book for a night. Room amenities, we only have 2 soap and no shampoo. But a tleast we can shower. As said, you get what you pay for. Not as expected in the photos given by web. The staff also said that web didn't update the pricing for room shown on the photo, i didn't know if its only an excuses. Overall is not so good but it's ok. What make me upset is, as i check out, the front desk inform that last night i supposed to have a deluxe queen room and the overnight wrongly put me in twin bed room because he mislooked the booking, she did apologize. At least they apologize. The hotel has potential but needs improvement.

Consider cheap for the price I paid.

That's ok but the bed is not ok and channel TV not complete

Very satisfied with the room size and accommodation but still prefer to having an lift to easier for customer bring their luggage and since I got a kid, so hard for me to carry him from ground floor to 4th floor.

204 single bed room got bed bugs. I killed 3-4 or bedbugs and 1 mosquito. I slept on the floor using the blanket.

Easy to access. In centre of city KK.

Memuaskan. Dekat dengan pasar malam. Hotel selesa.

Bilik bersih cuma cadar katil seperti tidak ditukar agak kotor, kawasan strategik, tiada lift, jika membawa kenderaan tidak sesuai menginap di sini kerana sukar untuk mencari parking.
