Good a beautiful and the comfortable when was to sleep:).

Hotel location also strategies, area was also good so many restaurant etc. But my room so noisy I think need to improve the soundproofing from windows. Room floor 3 (310) but the room actually ok clean and spacious but sound from street from window. And misscom about payment (foreigner tourism tax or fee) when I'm booking I believe and I guess alredy pay include by apps payment cause I choose the foreigner option and then continue the payment and when I check in the reception charge me the fee tourism 10RM/day for 3 days. I show the payment but no details specific (already got clear information when I'm complain to apps Customer Service, thank you) What made it a real problem was because before I booked another hotel in Kuala Lumpur that I booked via apps, the tourism tax had already been paid straight away, including the hotel payment. Makes me think? The reception playing at me or what. But everything already clear. This is base in my experience, hopefully my experience and feed back can be use for Improvement for good in the future. Thank you 👍🏻.

Good price with quite decent room but for room clean up you still need to tell receptionist to ask the cleaning staff because if you just hang the card in front they won't clean it for you, it happened 3 times when I'm staying here for 1 week, there ' s kopitiam, porridge and fried rice store nearby, also a famous char siew yoong that you can visit just by walk around 8 minutes.

Good service and very convenient.

Booked deluxe king. Room is comfortable. The only con is the noise from the main road. Asked for no-window room but not available. I was given room with window facing away from the main road but the noise is still obvious. Had a hard time to get good sleep. If you gonna stay with infants, you might want to reconsider.

Clean and convenient place to stay.. Easy to get food nearby and 7/11 just next door. Service is good and staff are friendly. Stayed here more then 5 times already for course and presentation purpose at ukm. Thanks for the free room upgrade.. 😊

Reason of stay was because of visiting relatives at University Kebangsaan Medical Centre (HUKM) which is about 3 km away but conveniently only one main road. Took up the family room and the room is spacious. Has fast internet speed and close proximity to MRT station and Sunway Velocity Mall. The service is ok the only setback is the limited parking space I guess. By the way there's no cafe or food served in the hotel but they're plentiful restaurant (non halal) nearby.

Situated by the busy roadside. Next to 24/7 convenient shop 7-Eleven. Walking distance to petrol station, Petronas. Chinese restaurants nearby. Spacious accommodations provided. Near Ikea Cheras, Sunway Velocity, My Town, Jaya Jusco, etc. Also nearby Maluri LRT station but not recommended to walk to the station.

The room is very good. However, the next day suddenly the room had a blackout at 6 AM in the morning and we need to wait about half an hour before it's back to normal again.

Clean, no noise... in general, comfortable!

The room is clean and the shower is good. I like the little chilling area they have in the middle of the hotel.
