The staff is very friendly. There is free bike rental so you can bike around the city! This is my second stay here and I absolutely love the rooms, the staff, and the food at the cafe downstairs, not to mention their absolutely amazing plants and architecture!

The hotel design as industrial style which featuring raw textures and look modern vibe. Room is stylish, clean and comfort but bit small. No bottle water provided inside the room but each floor can be found the Coway water dispenser at outside the lift and there is a sharing chiller with room number small box to store your beverages and also snack counter at beside to grabs for free. They also provide free car parks for hotel guest.
Can explore lot local foods, unique cafe, shops at surrounded with walking distance.
Overall i am satisfied for my stay and it worth the price.

Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, PASSPORT. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

飯店位置絕佳－就在市中心！旅遊景點、溫馨的咖啡廳和當地餐廳都近在咫尺，步行即可到達，連公車站也近在咫尺。飯店也提供便利的洗衣服務，每公斤12馬幣（最低2公斤起訂）－對於輕裝出行的旅客來說，這無疑是一項貼心的服務。下午5點前送來衣物，隔天下午6點即可取回。如果您需要加急洗衣，附近還有一家自助洗衣店。

Wonderful place to stay!! Overall was perfect!!! Will always come back to stay here whenever I visit Penang. The staff was sooo friendly and especially the body wash smells really good and makes the skin soft. I really want to know what brand that is, unfortunately I forgot to ask them

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I was scared to stay this time because I read reviews that said the rooms were not soundproof and that you could hear noise from downstairs. However, when I stayed, it was okay. It wasn't too bad; I could hear about 10-20% of the event downstairs. The staff on the check-in date had no problems. The facilities are still in good condition. The bed is good, but there is a small stain on the bedsheet. In conclusion, I feel good about this trip.
