Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Staf hotel maklum bilik sudah penuh walaupun telah book awal. Hanya bilik ni yg ada, hanya guna bilik ini bila situasi bilik penuh. Cadar kusam, tuala bau hampak, coridor tiada lampu. Tak berbaloi dengan harga bilik. Harap Traveloka jaga kualiti pemilihan hotel. Fisrt time guna Traveloka dapat bilik hotel seperti ini

It was a pleasant stay. Got a double room with a view of Sg. Kelantan. Good location, walking distance from tourist attractions. E. G., Pasar Siti Khadijah, Tambatan DiRaja, etc. Value for money!

Service macam sampah! Bilik selalu blackout sepanjang stay kita situ. Keesoknnya dia ganti bilik yang customer checkout awal. Kita orang bayar bukan untuk bilik yang berkongsi dan berbau! Memang tak berbaloi dengan apa yang dibayar! Memang kami takpuas hati! Saya tak sempat nak ambil gambar. Penat berangkut barang-barang dan tukar bilik tergesa-gesa! Harap tak terkena pada customer lain!

Aircond kurang sejuk. Access keluar masuk susah. Tempah bilik bertingkap, memang dapat bilik bertingkap tapi mengadap bangunan tinggal. Receptionist lh check ni x mesra alam. N tak peka. Kita da berdiri lama depan dia, dia boleh g layan orang yang masuk kemudian.
