As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.


A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted

Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates.

This property is does not have 24-hour reception counter. You are required to contact owner at least 24 hours before arrival date to state your estimated arrival time.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits.

All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room etc, are strongly subject to availability and cannot be guarantee. You are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests.

Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

Loud noise, party, illegal activities (gambling, drug abuse) are strictly prohibited in this unit. Owner and building management will not take any responsibility for the action taken by authorities.

Ruang kamar cocok u/ berdua. Ac kurang dingin karena ruangan panas & berdebu. Lantai & bawah tempat tidur kotor. Seprei polos tidak bertema. Tdk dapat air botol, tidak ada sikat gigi & odol. Handuk banyak sekali bercak. tidak ada lift, naik tangga. CS hny ada pada jam kerja. Jln kaki lumayan dr komtar.

Kami nginap 2mlm, saat datang kamarnya belum dirapikan, jadi kita nunggu sebentar u bisa check in, sepreinya dan selimut kotor tidak diganti, yang lebih parah ada kecoa besar jalan di dinding, besoknya minta dibersihkan kamarnya juga tidak dibersihkan.

Hotelnya bersih. Harga cocok untuk backpacking. Kamarnya tidak luas, tapi cocok untuk sekedar istirahat. Tersedia toilet dalam kamar. Customer service nya sangat baik. Bisa di wa dari nomer yang tertera.

I was given the different room and the facilities are not complete. TV remote didn't work well and had to ask for change. Also there was only 2 local channels at TV. The room was not clean, so many dust under the bed. No toothbrush and toothpaste also. The plus point was the location is in the heart of Penang city, so you can reach many tourist destinations by walk. Also Chowrasta market is just a couple of steps from the hotel.

The family room of 4 guest are too small and the bathroom door are not suitable for family stay because it 's transparency. Can hear the noise from outside. Other than that the room look clean and the owner of this hotel really nice person. He willing to help us if we need it.

This place is right at the center of georgetown at Campbell Street. Super near to the most expensive nasi kandar hameediyah according to the local. Walking distance to many other attractions like love lane, chowrasta market, roti bakar, transfer road etc. Receptionist is not always there but we are given with access card so it's fine. Room is decent with super cold air conditioner. Private bathroom is cute but rather small for big size person. The only downside is the noise from outside street since it's located at the roadside. It is expected so not a big deal for us. Recommended if you want to travel cheap and not fussy:)
