Kamar kurang nyaman. Suara mesin berisik, lampu utama tidak hidup, sudah minta ganti tapi tidak ada jadi di kamar tidak terang.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan waterfront, ada parkir mobil. Ke tempat makan warong Nusantara juga sangat dekat, bisa jalan kaki saja. Hanya saja yang kurang adalah fasilitas hotel, tidak ada disediakan handuk, TV juga rusak.

- Tangga sangat kotor dan gelap.- kamar bau pengap.- air keluarnya sangat sedikit.- tidak dapat air mineral botol.- jika check-in lebih awal di kenakan charge RM 50.- deposit sangat besar, RM 100.- tidak ada lift, dapat kamar di lantai 3 & bawa orang tua.- kasurnya gatal jika di tidurin. Please fix your hotel & service.+ dekat dari pusat kota dan makanan.

Kecil, bersih, dan nyaman! Ruangannya tidak besar jadi jangan berekspektasi luas banget, untuk istirahat sih oke, toiletnya juga bersih dan paling penting tuh air panasnya nyala. Tapi sayang pas menginap disana sabun cairnya habis.

Room has bad odour. Toilet not so clean, soap not provided, no towel changes everyday. No housekeeping. The hotel still under few renovation and stairs quite creepy. Please do some improvements on your rooms. Rooms are so lighting even at night. No curtain. You need to wear eye mask while sleeping. However it is strategic location & worth paid.

Kamarnya kecil dan agak bau apek. Kalau malam staf resepsionisnya pulang jadi tidak standby 24 jam resepsionisnya. Not recommended karena susah mau check-out awal harus menunggu sampai jam 08.00 pagi.

Aircond bunyi kuat. Toilet sempit. Tak ada arah kiblat dalam bilik hotel. Tempat sidai towel pun tercabut. Macam tak fully siap. Katil dan lain-lain oke takda masalah.
