飯店本身沒問題，問題出在Traveloka。我預訂的是豪華特大床房，我以為是特大床房，豪華特大床房本來就應該是特大床房。結果卻只有一張大床，這讓我很驚訝。你們應該把房型改成豪華雙人房。請不要欺騙顧客。我一直都住這家飯店，所以我覺得既然我預訂的是豪華特大床房，應該不會有什麼問題。但Traveloka卻向飯店下單預訂的是「豪華雙人床房」。請把正確的房間給顧客，不要再這樣欺騙顧客了。

Kebersihan dan bau bilik kurang memuaskan. Langsir kotor. Cadar dh lama cuma dicuci semula. Pengalaman untuk 3 bilik. Bilik pertama ok sahaja, bilik kedua aircond kurg sejuk dan terdapat kebocoran siling, bilik ketiga aircond off setiap 30min (timer set, xboleh off timer or reset) memang annoying kena on setiap 30min. Staf sangat ramah, cuma service hotel xmemuaskan. Tq

Untuk jarak ke waterfront tidak terlalu jauh tapi tidak juga terlalu dekat. Di sekitar hotel tidak terlalu banyak yang jual makanan atau toko, hanya ada restoran claypot saat sore sampai malam, dan itu Ayce. Petugas hotel ramah, namun untuk beberapa failitas hotel perlu perbaikan, dikarenakan hotel tua. Remot AC kamar tidak berfungsi sehingga kami harus pindah kamar tgh malam. Lift ac juga rusak dan tidak bisa digunakan. Banyak lampu kamar yang sudah tidak menyala.

Hotel yang cocok untuk liburan keluarga dengan budget yang lumayan pas di kantong. layanan yang ramah, kamar yang luas. Tetapi jika membawa kendaraan sendiri agak sulit mencari spot parkir yang free. Lokasi yang dekat dengan pusat lanskap kota Kuching menjadi nilai tambah, hanya sekitar 15 menit jalan kaki.
