Hotel di sini enak banget, receptionistnya ramah semua terutama yang namanya Ms. Dewi, friendly banget deh. Kamar dan fasilitas lainnya pun oke. Dekat mau kemana-mana dan juga dekat sekali dengan halte GO KL stasiun Pasar Seni. Lain kali kalau ke kL lagi saya akan ke sini lagi deh.

Lokasinya sangat strategis. Saya menginap di sini 3 hari karena letaknya dekat kemana-mana. Tapi selama 3 hari, tidak ada petugas yang membersihkan kamar kami. Seandainya ada room cleaning, saya akan kasih bintang 5.

I booked 4 nights and I already check out after 30 minutes, this is not clean at all, the rooms don't look like the picture, there is humidity everywhere, I do not advise you to book here.

Overall, I like this hotel. The 24 hour front desk is very helpful and the staff are friendly. For me as a backpacker, the location of this hotel is very strategic and close to Pasar Seni lrt station and that makes it easier if we want to go to other places by public transport. The room is not so spacious but everything almost okay. The bed, small desk, cleanliness, safety, AC, hot water is good but I couldn't turn on my TV at that time. They also provide small amenities. I may go back to this hotel in the future.

Untuk lokasi strategis mau gokil, LRT, MRT lokasi sangat dekat. Untuk kasur kamar terlalu lembek, masa duduk di tepi langsung barang di samping pada jatuh. Udah tidak begitu layak lagi kasurnya, pernah 1x check-in langsung yang kamar untuk 1 orang. Itu kasur masih oke gak lembek kayak gitu. Yang beli dari agen online mendapatkan kasur yang kurang nyaman, gerak dikit kasurnya bunyi-bunyi.

Clean, good enough, but the TV have problem lol. Access is very near petaling street, masjid Jamek, Masjid India, Kasturi Walk, train station also. Many culinary 😂👏. I recommended to use Traveloka Experience for more explore. Traveloka great!

Saat check in terdapat kesalahan jadi kamar yang harusnya kami tempati sudah ditempati orang lain dan kami jadi dapat kamar lain yang walau besar tapi kurang nyaman karena kecil dan sedikit seram. Saat malam kedua baru kamu di tukar kamar dan menempati kamar yang memang seharusnya kamar kami, dan menurut saya dan teman saya lebih nyaman kamar yang memang kami pesan dari pada kamar penggantinya. Kecewa dengan keteledoran pihak hotel. Makasih

Saat check in terdapat kesalahan jadi kamar yang harusnya kami tempati sudah ditempati orang lain dan kami jadi dapat kamar lain yang walau besar tapi kurang nyaman karena kecil dan sedikit seram. Saat malam kedua baru kamu di tukar kamar dan menempati kamar yang memang seharusnya kamar kami, dan menurut saya dan teman saya lebih nyaman kamar yang memang kami pesan dari pada kamar penggantinya. Kecewa dengan keteledoran pihak hotel. Makasih
