As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes.

First of all, the have a gate which usually use for 11pm-7am and it operates by access card as the safety purpose ok its good! The worst thing happened when I was scanning and was not opening the gate at night 11:15 and there was no one at reception desh whom I can ask for help. However, I managed the number and call receptionist and explain the matter she said she might forget to unlock and she reach after 15min to hotel and with bad face open the gate without saying sorry or apologise. where I was getting mosquitoes bites to waiting for her . (Note: I cant upload video in here so I updated screenshots as prove) During check out day, they turned off access to my internet from 8am where as I suppose to check out at 11:30am. They should know as long I am staying in the property I have rights to use every facility in premises. However, I was unable to use and it was showing access is off.

The room is not spacious, but it has good AC and clean. The water heater in my room didn't work properly at that time, luckily the water wasn't too cold. There's water tap/dispenser in the ground floor near the receptionist desk so you can fill up your bottle for free. The hotel requires the guest to deposit money RM 100.

This hotel was perfect for honeymoon or backpacking with best friends. Toilet was good enough. New aircond was superb cool at night. Staff members was politely served us.
