Poor hygiene. The bidet is dirty. Their service is not so good too. Upon booking, I left request to deco the room for my honeymoon. But they didn't do it though the request was printed on my booking confirmation. Their reason is because I suppose to call them. I left my phone number there but none of them have the initiative to reach out regardingy request. They know what they need but not me. They should improve on this. Disappointing.

Mula-mula masuk bilik takde freezer, then tanya kat front desk kenapa takde freezer. Dia reply freezer rosak. Then mintak dia gantikan freezer dari bilik lain untuk place kat bilik.
