The room was dirty and very small, different than showed in the picture, the toilet no lid on the water tank, bathroom and toilet seemed not being cleaned for ages, very disappointed, came far from other country for holiday and found this hotel inn like this. Online agent was quiet popular but too bad you did recommend this kind of place to stay. Of course as customer we will choose the low price as you listed but with decent quality. Hope next time you survey before you include in your list.

Hotelnya jauh dari bukit bintang, pusat kota jadi saya check-in disini 3 malam tapi cuma dua malam karena malas jauh-jauh terus tangganya juga tinggi banget, Terus kita pesan buat 4 orang tapi cuma di kasih kasur single buat 2 orang.

Pengalaman saya di hotel ini menyenangkan, sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Kamarnya bersih, cocok untuk backpacker. Pelayanannya ramah. Hanya untuk naik ke lantai atas tidak ada lift, hanya menggunakan tangga, tapi ga masalah, sekalian olahraga kan ya. Hotel ini juga dekat dengat stasiun Monorel Pudu, hanya sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki, jadi mudah kalau mau kemana-kemana😊

Pihak hotel berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan kami. Pihak hotel juga ramah. Mereka memberi arahan petunjuk tempat wisata dengan jelas dan tepat. Kenyamanan pada kamar juga cukup memuaskan. Apabila tamu menginginkan kamarnya dibersihkan tinggal lapor ke pihak hotel maka mereka akan segera membersihkannya. Terimakasih

We were on a 6 days CNY holiday trip to KL, arrived very early in the morning and it was actually way before the check in time. Warmly greeted by the receptionist that let us check in earlier with additional price which wasn't a problem. My family and I obviously expected the room to be as good as what it shown on the app, but it turned out to be surprisingly disappointing a super messy room looked like just left by another guest that left tonnes of long hair on the floor, the air conditioner it self looks pretty old and doesn't really work it takes a long time for it to get the room's temperature as we wanted. Electric socket was broken and fixed on the 3rd day. On the flip side, its located at a good location takes 6 minutes walk to the nearest mall.

Kamar yang kami pesan kamar family tempatnya di lantai 3, sangat melelahkan, kondisi sampai tengah malam ngantuk dengan menggendong anak yang lagi tidur dan membawa koper, bolak balik naik turun tangga, petugas hotel sedikit pun tidak mau membantu kita angkat koper, dia hanya kasih kunci sambil berkata kamar ada di lantai 3 dan cuek, tidak membawanya menunjukkan kami ke kamar tersebut.

Fasilitas kamar persis seperti yang ada di foto, sesuai harga juga. Kamar mandi bersih ada pemanas airnya. Tidak ada deposit atau tax tambahan jadi liburan bisa lebih hemat. Dari LRT Hang Tuah tinggal jalan ke kanan ikuti trotoar sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki. Kekurangannya naik ke lantai 3, tidak ada lift dan sekitar hotel sulit cari makan. Tapi overall okelah dengan harga yang murah banget. Cocok buat backpacker.
