Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights. The staff were nice. They allowed me to check in early. Room was spacious enough, toilet was clean. They have free water refill in the lobby and even allowed luggage storage after check out. Will definitely stay again!

我只住了一晚，前台接待員還可以，房間乾淨，浴室也乾淨，但廁所裡沒有提供紙巾。至於飯店附近的餐飲…如果你不喜歡印度菜，可以在飯店對面的商場找到其他想吃的。

hotel yg biasa sy nginap pd penuh dan hrg naik, akhirnya dpt hotel ini bgmna sy mau mandi air nya bgtu.. sy mandi pake semprotan b.a.b , menyedihkan, mana ambil 5 mlm lg, kasur keras sampai sakit pinggang, gk ada sandal hotel, bantal kempes ... ah sdh lah.. jd pengalaman.. ini sy ambil yg kamar 2 org Queen pdhal sy sndri, bgmna yg single kmrnya.. ada deposit 100 RM yg katanya akan dikembalikan wkt cekout, lokasi strategis sederetan dg my hotel, city hotel, lokasi dkt dg NU MALL

Arrived at night no problem, front desk is 24 hours, it's easy to go to KL Sentral just across the hotel... and there is a restaurant near the hotel still open at midnight when I arrived, I asked the staff when checking in. It's a nice and clean room. The location is very good. Will be back one day.

Kami check in sudah jam 10 malam, tetapi pada saat check in pintu kamar kami terbuka, tidak ada handuk mandi, telp kamar mati jadi kami harus bolak- balik ke reception, dan setelah minta handuk ke receptionist, handuk yang datang masih basah seperti handuk bekas yang diangin - anginkan. Kami book family room dan ke empat handuk yang kami terima sama basah swmua. Sekitar jam 12 tiba2 listrik mati dan setelah kami check ha ya yang di kamar kami dan kami harus ke rwception lagi untuk lapor. Secara tempat sangat strategis dwkat dengan mall dan kl sentral, staff juga sangat ramah dan kebersihan juga sangat bagus.

Arrived at night no problem, front desk is 24 hours, it's easy to go to KL Sentral just across the hotel... and there is a restaurant near the hotel still open at midnight when I arrived, I asked the staff when checking in. It's a nice and clean room. The location is very good. Will be back one day.

Kami check in sudah jam 10 malam, tetapi pada saat check in pintu kamar kami terbuka, tidak ada handuk mandi, telp kamar mati jadi kami harus bolak- balik ke reception, dan setelah minta handuk ke receptionist, handuk yang datang masih basah seperti handuk bekas yang diangin - anginkan. Kami book family room dan ke empat handuk yang kami terima sama basah swmua. Sekitar jam 12 tiba2 listrik mati dan setelah kami check ha ya yang di kamar kami dan kami harus ke rwception lagi untuk lapor. Secara tempat sangat strategis dwkat dengan mall dan kl sentral, staff juga sangat ramah dan kebersihan juga sangat bagus.

Staff ramah, kamar bersih, dekat dengan kl sentral. Menginap untuk yang ke-2 kalinya, sebelumnya di tahun 2016 dan sekarang di tahun 2025 kamar masih tetap sama kebersihannya.

Hotel sangat bersih dan nyaman. Staff sangat ramah. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat ke mal, dekat dengan bus menuju bandara dan Genting. Kemudian sangat dekat dengan transportasi kereta api jadi sangat mudah menuju ke mana pun Anda mau. Oke, terima kasih, harga terjangkau. Terima kasih.
