除了電視機之外，其他一切都很棒，電視機真的太老舊了，比現在的潮流落後了十年。我們全家對此都非常失望。

worth the price (RM108 for duplex unit with 2 bedroom). very clean unit also spacious, equipped with wachine machine and simple kitchen. The location is very strategic in the heart of ICT theme park also linked to shopping mall. there are also a lot of restaurant and convinience store just under the apartment. there are alot of pakring space but we need to pay with our own charge maximum rm16 per day

apartemen ini sangat baik lokasinya krn menyatu dgn mall. disekitar apartemen ada restora musklim.

bad: 1. instructions not clear & came late. i have to whatsapp the host and yet no replies at all. after calling a few times, they only reply to my message, sending the check-in instructions. 2. wrong instructions. in the message, they asked me to go to mailbox suite tower block b. but apparently, the correct mailbox is located in block a 🤯 3. during check-in, i noticed i was given a different unit as what they advertised. called the host and asked why they gave me the different unit. the answer was— “oh, the one we advertised was only an illustration image.” what does that mean? this is truly misleading advertising. so wrong. 4. the sofa provided in the unit is very old and uncomfortable. i can feel the metal spring when i sat on it. 5. tv is not working well, there’s no sound. the remote control also not functioning well. i took a video and sent it to the host. they said the tv was working properly before i checked in. the audacity. 🤯 6. the toilet is smelly. 😖 7. water running from the shower is very slow. 8. no free parking. please make this info available on your advertisement as this is very good to know for your future prospects. 9. overall, this is a very unpleasant stay i ever had. i asked for another unit, but it was fully booked. i asked for a refund, but they refused to do so. very irresponsible and disappointing. good: 1. master bedroom ok. other than that was just terrible. 2. near to attractions, but please note there are also other comfortable units you can choose, but not this one. totally a misleading advertisement.

Not sistematic in prepare & manage rooms

The good:- Fast and smooth customer services.- Big and comfy rooms.- Very good location (easy access to central I-city mall) The bad:- Cockcroaches in room (I saw a total of 5 roaches during my stay)- Showerhead and bidet need to be fixed

Everything is good cuma bilik air agak berbau pengaliran udara kurang memuaskan. Apartment jenis kurang baik pengurusan toiletnya bau najis sampai ke bilik tidur.

Dekat untuk sampai ke taman permainan dan i city snow walk dll. Nak cari sarapan pagi agak senang. Kedai mamak dan kedai serbaneka 24 jam banyak. Swimming pool kurang bersih- banyak daun-daun dalam air yang tidak dibersihkan. Kebersihan apartment perlu ditambah baik. Dinding tandas perlu dibersihkan dengan sepenuhnya. Banyak kesan-kesan hitam ( ? lumut). Bunyi penyaman udara agak kuat dan bising. overall- ok. mungkin boleh dapat apartment yang lebih baik dengan harga yang kami dapat kalau rajin mencari dan bernasib baik. terima kasih owner.

Sprei kotor. Spring bed sudah lembek.

Kotor tidak ada make up Room walaupun nginep 3 malam br q malam saya pindah. Ke Double Tree.

It's good, if they can provide tea or coffee sachets as complimentary during the stay.

Sangat menyedihkan. Cadar dan selimut yang kotor. Towel tak cukup. Sinki yang tersumbat. Keadaan dinding bilik air yang kotor dan sinki bilik air yang comot. Menyesal tak tengok review dari penyewa yang terdahulu.

Duplex unit. Cleanliness-acceptable. View-excellence.

The house was great. Perfect for short trip. However the ceiling not soundproof as you can hear loud noise which is water drainage from upstairs.

No free parking, 1st time hotel/apartment with no parking included but charged. 1st and last stay here.
