Staff-nya ramah sekali dan sangat helpful. Karena ibu saya pakai wheelchair, diberikan kamar khusus untuk pengguna wheelchair. Dekat dengan restoran, apotek, dan minimarket.

Booked for 18 nights. Nice clean and good breakfast. 10 mins away from Sunway Pyramid and 7 eleven about 2 mins away. Really nice staff and friendly service.

When I arrived in my room, I found that the pillowcase was dirty, looked like shoes prints on it and the other pilow is stained, the TV remote was broken. I ask the hotel to change it, they came to change the pillowcase but not the TV remote. I have to report the TV remote secondly in the morning.

Kamar nyaman, hanya perlu ditingkatkan peredaman karena suara dari luar kamar dan jalan raya dapat terdengar jelas, gym-nya juga cukup bagus, saya extend 1 malam di sana karena akses yang mudah jika ingin ke mana-mana. Dekat juga (walking distance) jika Anda ingin mencari makan, walaupun kebanyakan sejenis, yaitu nasi kandar.

lokasi sangat strategis di pinggir jalan utama dan walking distance ke pusat kuliner jalan alor. pelayanan juga OK, dan harganya affordable. sayangnyaa kekedapan kamar kurang baik, suara dari luar maupun suara pintu ditutup dari kamar lain dapat dengan mudah didengar.

The location is quite hidden besides the highway around Petaling Jaya, so we have to use Grab to go outside. Many local eateries around the hotel, but we prefer to go to nearby Sunway Pyramid & Mall 101 instead. The breakfast is simple with not so much variety. We stayed for 3 nights and its nasi lemak they served on our last day is very good!

Soal kebersihan dan pelayanannya pastinya oke sesuai standar ACCOR, hanya saja sepertinya karena masih baru jadi secara lokasi agak jauh dari tempat belanja dan area makanan. Kurang cocok untuk family vacation, karena size kamarnya kecil. Cocok buat yang melakukan perjalanan business.
