Didn't expect that the room is quite spacious and it has its own car garage in their rooms. I came late at night and the check-in process was smooth and their staff also very helpful. If I weren't here for transit, I might stay at least for 2 nights. Love it.

Oh my God! Definitely will go back at least a day before my flights next time I visit Kuala Lumpur! The room was super cool, the service was excellent, they even provide free shuttle bus to the airport. I do really recommend for the one who might be arriving late night in Kuala Lumpur airport or maybe will depart early morning to stay in this hotel. I personally will go back for sure! ❤️

Brilliant Hotel in every way. Rooms, Dining and Pool Areas all immaculate. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport 1st Class also. Very reasonably priced as well. If I could give it 6 Stars, then I would. Thank you very much for everything.

Honestly, wasn't expecting much; I just needed to be close to KLIA for an early flight. Was very pleasantly surprised, excellent pool, very friendly staff, great atmosphere, good food and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

They provide shuttle service between 5 to 11 to the airport. It is a motel/ inn style hotel and by US standards is probably three star. Staff is very nice and accommodative. I.

I was at this hotel last month and it was great. This time it was a waste. We got one key instead of two like last time. So every time I had to go out for a smoke in the evening, it meant that my daughter had to stay in the dark because the key control the lights system in the room. I guess last time I booked directly to them, the service was much better but when you book with a third party the experience becomes less pleasant.

Honestly, wasn't expecting much; I just needed to be close to KLIA for an early flight. Was very pleasantly surprised, excellent pool, very friendly staff, great atmosphere, good food and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Struttura nuova molto bella. Grande piacina e area all'aperto molto godibile. Colazione eccellente, anche la cena sia a buffet che alla carta. Personale gentilissimo, ottima soluzione per chi deve far base vivino all'aeroporto

The pool is large and enough space to move around. The gym was a bit small so choose your time wisely. The spa and staff were friendly and extremely helpful and caring. There is an airport shuttle but it runs every two hours in the evening. It’s near an outlet and raceway which was our main destinations during this trip.
