I had a great stay. I am a lone traveler joining a group of friends a day later. Staff had honored my request for our rooms to be close to each other even though it was a sellout period. Thank you so much!

Buffett breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The bed and room was comfy.
The only issue was that the pool was closed and it was one of the reasons to book this place. Hopefully it will be open when I get back

這家飯店的隔音效果非常差。你聽到外面（走廊）有人說話的聲音。到了晚上，外面的噪音也很大，還能聽到過往車輛的聲音。飯店的整體設施和清潔程度還可以。但是隔音效果真的太差了，跟經濟型飯店一樣。因為聽到過往車輛的聲音，所以很難入睡。我不會再入住這家飯店了。

This is my fourth time staying in IDEAS hotel. One of my go-to hotel whenever I visit KL. The number one reason is because it serves halal certified breakfast in their restaurant which gives me peace of mind. The next one is becase of the location. Within this price range, this hotel offers a considered ‘strategic’ location. Even though it is not inside the city centre, but it is indeed walking distance from LRT bandaraya which can easily connect you to the KLCC or Bukit Bintang or even new TRX mall. Only 1 transit away with 2-3 stops.
I love the room as well. It is spacious, clean, and bright. However, during my fourth stay I got a room that is different with my previous2 room. It was a bit dark and bathroom a bit smaller than usual and can hear the sound of MRT coming. But I will keep coming back. Hopefully will get a better room next time.
