Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Generally a little dated but not surprising after Covid and generally Ipoh was very quiet with very few tourists.

Our room was spacious and clean. Felt a little unsafe at night as the neighborhood was a little rundown and several homeless people around, but we walked to Concubine Lane area and several restaurants and bars.
