We enjoyed our stay in iStay. Their hospitality is remarkable. The location is superb, especially for culinary experiences. Some hospitals can be reached within 15-20 minutes by walking or around five minutes using car. The TV channels are good and can be connected to YouTube and Netflix.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

ii. All special request such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability.

iii. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability.

iv. Additional fee such as extra bed, food and beverage, telephone, room service, airport transfer, laundry service etc is handled directly between guest and hotel.

Nice place. Near from everywhere, even I was walking to Fort Cornwallis, in the middle of city. Near with bus station as well. Definitely will come back.

Akan sangat lebih membantu jika hotelnya didukung oleh lift untuk naik ke lantai 2. Disediakan hair dryer dan sabun mandi, juga shower cap. Kamar nyaman. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis. Dekat dengan convenient store dan food court. Di sebelah ruangan lobby hotel sedang dibangun fasilitas self laundry.

Tempatnya oke, semua dekat. Cari makan apa saja enggak susah. Mau makan duren juga dekat. Lokasinya dekat dengan 2 fast food seperti prasmanan. Ke rumah sakit Loh Guan Lye dan Island juga masih dalam jarak yang enggak jauh kalau jalan kaki. Ke Gurney Plaza sekitar 6-7RM naik Grab.

Will be back for sure 🥹🫶. I stay near Ms. Food court, near Nasi Lemak Wak Zee, breakfast food, Zus Coffee, near mall, near supermarket, near gas station. I loved it! Bathroom super clean, bedroom spacious, with affordable price. Thank you I stay 🫶

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, depan dan samping hotel pusat jajanan yang buka sampai larut malam sehingga tidak khawatir kelaparan. Lobby bisa foto-foto cantik. Gelang dengan welling, Heng Bean dan Mix store. Next time akan menginap di sini lagi.
