Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Pros.- Ada 1 universal stop kontak, cocok buat traveler non Malaysian.- Peralatan mandi sesuai jumlah penghuni kamar, saya, istri, dan 1 anak.- Ruangan besar.- Pelayanan check in dan check out cepat.- Ada papan setrika + setrikaannya.- Ada semir sepatu, transparan, untuk bikin mengkilap.- Plastik baju kotor.- Dekat dengan airport, dan ada transportasi gratis ke airport. Masih ada lagi, tapi lupa, ini hotel sangat saya rekomendasikan. Cons.- Internet hanya 3.5 Mbps per user, dan hanya dapat 2 user.- Cukup jauh ke mall terdekat, sekitar 8 kilometer (Bintang Mall), cukup wajar karena hotel ini sangat-sangat dekat ke airport.- AC agak lama dinginnya, wajib tutup pintu kamar mandi dan jendela supaya cepat dingin.

The room was clean and big. My kids enjoy to have their online class there. But the first night, the air-conditioning was break, we felt hot and can't sleep well. On the second day, we able to change a new room. The breakfast and wifi of the hotel need to improve.

At first the room given to us was awful. Air conditioner was not functioning, door knob handle broken and wifi was not working. We made complaints and was given another room. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here!

The accommodation look exactly like the picture. I always choose this hotel when travelling to Miri. Very near to the airport and also have their own dobby. However the breakfast does not satisfied my taste. They should upgrade their food taste as this hotel is 3-4star hotel.
